Just an update on my Deer hunt so far. Today was a good day. Not only did I not have to go to work (that's always nice!), but I got to go deer hunting!! Getting up at 5:30am isn't so bad when you get to go hunting, especially when you are at Kent's Lake.
I only saw one doe and one buck. The buck just happened to be the one that my nephew Cody got. Not only is this his first deer hunt, but it was an archery hunt, and he did it all with borrowed equipment! What a little punk! No, I'm really happy for him, he wanted it pretty bad and he got lucky enough to be in the right place and at the right time. All I got was a stupid sunburn!
Tommy got a new hairdo!
